      Our Overall Sentiment score ranges from 0% - 100%, where 100% indicates the best positive sentiment score possible.

      Our Overall Sentiment score ranges from 0% - 100%, where 100% indicates the best positive sentiment score possible.  We use a 30-day weighted moving average that takes into account several factors, including:

      • Volume of reviews
      • Recency of reviews
      • Ratio of positive and negative reviews
      • Ratings received without a review
